Providing Quality Massage Training Courses
Learn how to perform hot stones massage and treat your clients to a wonderful experience.
Stone therapy is an ancient healing art that has been around for thousands of years probably originating in China and it has been used for centuries in India within the ancient healing system of Ayerveda which means "science of life". Heat from the stones is released deep into the muscles allowing them to soften and release any tension. The level of relaxation that can be achieved way surpasses that of a normal therapeutic massage and the stones themselves are said to have healing properties. They connect the flow of energy paths (Chi or Ki) to bring about balance and release blockages making it a truly holistic experiencing, healing mind, body and soul.
